It is very important to meet clients where they're at on their therapy journey and find ways to help them create and maintain goals by providing them with tailored guidance and resources. I am here to provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental, and empathic space to discuss concerns, traumas, and challenges they are facing. In building a therapeutic relationship with me, my hope is to guide my clients in the areas clients may be struggling in, and help them get to a place of acceptance, comfort, and strength.

Born and raised in Bolingbrook, IL, I love working in the community I grew up in. I've had a background in Veterinary Medicine since 2002 and enjoy helping clients who are experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue within high-demand medical professions. I also provide support during quality-of-life and end-of-life decision-making when it surrounds clients' companion animals and provide grief and loss support for individuals, families, and children.

I understand that life can be challenging at times. Sometimes, you just need someone to vent to, learn new skills from, or help digging deeper into emotions you do not want to face alone. My goal is to help support my clients in the ways they need and guide them along in the process tailored to their specific needs.
