Jenna Fash, MS, LCPC, LPC
Founder & CEO
Hello — I’m Jenna Fash, the Founder and CEO of Fash Counseling. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona, an Approved Board Supervisor in Arizona, and a Divorce Mediator. While I am no longer providing ongoing therapy services, I remain deeply involved in the clinical vision, leadership, and long-term growth of the practice.
Fash Counseling was built with a simple but meaningful mission: to provide fast access to high-quality mental health care while also creating a practice where clinicians feel supported, valued, and able to grow in their own unique professional journeys.
My Role at Fash Counseling
Today, my role is primarily visionary and strategic. I focus on:
- Guiding the long-term clinical and organizational direction of the practice
- Supporting leadership development and clinician growth
- Ensuring ethical, thoughtful, and high-quality care across all locations
- Building systems that allow both clients and clinicians to thrive
While I have stepped away from day-to-day operations and direct clinical care, I remain an active and present leader. I am closely connected to the heart of the practice and the communities we serve.
Clinical Background & Perspective
My clinical background continues to inform everything I do as a leader. As a therapist, I have always believed in meeting people where they are, understanding their goals, and approaching care from a ground-up, individualized perspective.
My primary clinical orientations are humanistic, psychodynamic, and psychoanalytic, and my specialized clinical interests have included personality disorders and dissociative disorders. These areas of focus shaped my deep respect for complexity, pacing, and the importance of relational safety. These are values that remain central to the culture of Fash Counseling today.
Divorce Mediation
While I no longer accept therapy clients, I do continue to offer divorce mediation services. This work is short-term and solution-focused, and I am currently the only provider within the practice offering this service. Divorce mediation allows me to support individuals and families during a critical transition in a way that aligns with my values around clarity, respect, and thoughtful decision-making.
Leadership Philosophy & Vision
My leadership philosophy is rooted in relationship, accessibility, and sustainability. I believe exceptional care happens when clinicians are supported as individuals — not forced into rigid systems or one-size-fits-all expectations. Each therapist’s professional journey is different, and part of my role is ensuring there is space for that growth.
Fash Counseling has always operated with a family-focused mindset. My husband, Jim, is part of our leadership team, and our family is often present in the communities we serve. We are deeply rooted in Bolingbrook, Glen Ellyn, and Arizona. We believe it matters that the people behind the practice live where they work and show up where they serve.
Above all, I want Fash Counseling to feel like a home — for clients seeking safety and support, and for clinicians building meaningful, sustainable careers.
Community Roots
Our first location was established in Bolingbrook, where we once lived and built strong community ties. We now call Glen Ellyn home, and Arizona has become a meaningful “home away from home” as the practice has expanded. These places are not just markets to us — they are communities we care deeply about and remain actively connected to.
Looking Forward
Under my leadership, Fash Counseling has grown into a multi-location practice grounded in clinical integrity, accessibility, and genuine connection. As the practice continues to evolve, my focus remains on building something that is both clinically excellent and organizationally sustainable. This is a practice that serves its communities well and supports those who provide care within it.
Fash Counseling was built on the belief that people do their best work — and their best healing — when they feel supported, respected, and understood. That belief continues to guide everything we do.
