Samantha Fox, MS, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

As we navigate through life’s intricacies, we sometimes find ourselves stuck and frustrated with persistent challenges. My goal in therapy is to help support and guide you through these challenges to become more self-aware and to initiate growth and learning. I view therapy as a
collaborative process that is most effective when we work together to create a safe and trusting space for you to share your story and feel heard. I lean into providing an empathic environment that is tailored to you through an eclectic approach. My hope is to help you better understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are interconnected and to help you fill your toolbox of coping strategies. I believe in the importance of trauma-informed therapy and am confident in my ability to help you process, navigate and heal from past experiences. In therapy, we may cry, we may laugh, but my hope is that you have a validating and compassionate space to be your true self.
